What You’ll Do
- Set up, program, and operate laser marking and etching equipment.
- Complete visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
- Determine fixturing needs for new and custom products.
- Partner with Engineering on programming, setup, and fixture design.
- Create and maintain clear work instructions for laser programs.
- Maintain fixture storage controls.
- Perform routine maintenance activities for equipment as per work instructions.
- Detect and report discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
- Training of new team members and operators.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous laser marking experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, reach, and move throughout the facility.
