Job Summary:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the development of innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and mentoring junior developers. Your role will also involve aligning the development process with project goals and maintaining the technical integrity of software applications.Key Responsibilities:Architecture and Design:Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance software solutions.Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.Coding and Development:Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.Develop and maintain software applications using ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.Implement frontend solutions with Angular 16, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.Mentoring and Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and development teams.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery.Process Alignment:Ensure the development process aligns with project goals, timelines, and client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.Continuous Improvement:Advocate for and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices using Azure DevOps.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance development practices and tools.Troubleshooting and Debugging:Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.Maintain a high standard of quality by performing rigorous testing and debugging.Experience:Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role with a strong track record in software development.Extensive experience with .NET Core 8, Java, C#, Entity Framework Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API.Proficiency in SQL Server and Angular 19.Technical Skills:Solid understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS and Azure DevOps.Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and best practices.Proficient in version control using Git.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
