This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across southeastern Wisconsin.If you’re a licensed electrician with hands-on commercial solar experience and a passion for clean energy, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesInstall, wire, and commission commercial solar PV systems in accordance with design specifications and electrical codesPerform system maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshootingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsCollaborate with installers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project executionEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standardsDocument completed work, materials used, and system performanceConduct electrical testing to verify system functionality and performanceQualificationsValid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)Minimum 3 years of commercial solar installation experienceStrong knowledge of NEC and solar PV system standardsAbility to read technical drawings and perform precise electrical workComfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heightsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPreferred CertificationsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30NABCEP CertificationWork LocationOn the road / job sites at various commercial locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin
