Arch Painting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are looking for the right people to help us expand and grow our team!Description:This role involves diverse responsibilities and requires a broad range of skills. However, the core function is visiting customer sites to provide painting estimates and managing painting projects, ensuring client satisfaction. Regional travel is required.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for meeting with prospects & existing clients to review their painting needsDocument all phases of projects from estimate to completionSubmit timely and accurate estimatesOrganize and oversee multiple projects at one timeManage projects from scheduling, production & final close outHandle change order requestsEnsure each project is completed safely, on time, within budget & to the satisfaction of the clientMaintain weekly WIP/Backlog/Scheduling reports & submit to manager on weekly basisEnsure quality & customer satisfactionWorking with Business Development team to grow the businessMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge in the paint industry is preferredMinimum Qualifications:1-3 years of Construction Project Management or Wall or floor coatings experience.Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound judgment and follow-through to accomplish tasks to completion, use of tact and discretion. The ideal candidate will live in proximity to Raleigh, North Carolina. They will be a flexible and self-motivated team player, willing to learn and perform various duties depending on the team's needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
