ARCH Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to support our Westwood and Hyde Park locations. We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements
- Must hold a current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
- X-ray certification required
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments
- Take digital X-rays, scans, and patient records
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Educate patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Help create a welcoming, positive, and efficient office environment

Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
