Position Summary:
Boutique interior design firm with their studio in West Hollywood has a unique design opportunity for an ambitious interior designer who appreciates a variety of experiences. Our projects include residential and commercial interior and exterior projects. The candidate will be the vital part of a full project from concept to presentations, selections of hard good materials and soft good furnishings, design and construction drawings, project bids and budgets, purchasing and expediting and exemplary project management through final punch list.
Description, experience, and attributes include but are not limited to:
-A minimum requirement of 3 years of CAD producing drawings for entire projects is required (from demo plans, lighting, cabinetry, elevations etc.).
-Knowledge of material, fabric and furnishing sources
-Production of millwork drawings
-Direct project management and coordination of contractor and trades people
-Experience with pricing and budgeting of hard and soft goods.
-Familiar with analyzing bids and construction related costs.
-Experience interacting with clients and a desire to become a key design lead.
-Professional communications with clients and vendors
-Hand sketching a bonus
-Custom furniture, lighting, and product design experience a bonus.

Compensation:
Competitive Salary including:
Five paid sick days paid per year.
Eleven public holidays paid per year.
Three PTO days paid per year.
$250 per month health insurance contribution
