Job Summary:
As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives—helping them live more independently and reach their personal goals. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep)

Support individuals in community activities, outings, and appointments

Encourage independence and self-advocacy

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans

Ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of every individual
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible schedules available: Days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
