As a DSP/PCA/CNA you'll support individuals with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks

• Social and community engagement

• Skill-building and independence

• Positive behavior reinforcement

• Emotional support and communication

Requirements 

• Compassion, patience, and empathy

• Ability to work independently and in team settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to person-centered care and advocacy

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to complete documentation for each shift

• Pass background checks and training requirements
