Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support and execute marketing campaigns that actually move the needle.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to keep the brand message strong and consistent.
- Bring energy and organization to trade shows, pop-ups, and live brand activations.
- Track campaign and sales performance (because great storytelling is part art, part analytics).
- Communicate with customers and clients, turning small conversations into lasting relationships.
- Help lead teams toward shared goals and KPIs.
- Manage POS transactions with accuracy and care.
- Learn. A lot. About marketing strategy, project execution, and yourself.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong people skills, you connect easily, listen well, and communicate clearly.
- A knack for staying organized, even when things move fast (and they will).
- Comfort working with all kinds of personalities, teamwork is your default mode.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with full-cycle sales or marketing is a plus.
- A proactive, curious mindset, you don’t just wait for direction, you look for what’s next.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
