Junior Account Executive

Arch Events has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our advertising and marketing firm. We are looking for candidates with potential and an ambitious drive, rather than experience, to help us continue to grow within the Saint Louis area.

Junior Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Generate new revenue for our products through new client acquisition and upselling of products and services to existing clients as assigned by management.
• Actively participate in our experiential sales & marketing campaigns
• Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities,
• Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts
• Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs
• Speak to as many customers as possible daily
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape

Junior Account Executive Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or higher in a relevant field of study
• No prior experience is required
• Able to manage all stages stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
• Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet clients’ needs
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
