About Us:
At Arch Events, we specialize in face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns that drive real results for our clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused individual to support both our front office operations and talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Administration:
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and daily office coordination
- Maintain organized records, documents, and onboarding materials
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level sales & business development roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups
- Conduct initial phone screenings and provide candidate feedback
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Previous admin, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus (not required)
