Job Title: Production Picture Framer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: St. Louis, MO – no travel required
Hours 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Position Description:
ARCH Design is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position offers a unique opportunity to work with custom artwork and picture framing products that are installed in hospitals, medical office buildings, and senior living communities across North America.
Previous picture framing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train an enthusiastic, dependable individual who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well in a team environment
Position Responsibilities :
- Assemble artwork, matting, glazing, and frames to complete custom picture framing projects
- Stretch canvas artwork onto custom-built strainer bars
- Mount and finish artwork for production
- Assist with operation of large-format printing equipment
- Package finished products for shipment
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize workflow and meet production deadlines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on production work
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous framing, manufacturing, printing, woodworking, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
