Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Drive planning and execution across the Strategy & Innovation team.
- Lead team-wide goal-setting and OKR processes aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Monitor team performance, budget and engagement. Identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-segment working groups.
- Establish governance and reporting for strategic programs.
- Coordinate across segments and functions on group-wide AI-related initiatives.
- Produce Arch’s Annual AI Review to assess enterprise AI progress and opportunity.
- Consult with AI experts and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- Support execution of priorities in Data, Analytics, and Digital transformation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance digital capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to embed data-driven decision-making across initiatives.
- Conduct market sensing to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor emerging technologies relevant to Arch’s strategy.
- Build relationships with external partners and thought leaders.
- 10 years in operations, strategy, or transformation leadership with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Experience with OKRs, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Familiarity with data, digital, and AI technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters, e.g., MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, including AI
- Collaborative and influential across teams

- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
