Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions supporting IA activities.
- Support the continuous improvement of analytics products and development processes by exploring new ideas, refining existing solutions, and introducing novel approaches.
- Collaborate with IA team members, IT professionals, and business stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and leading practices to enable the IA team to remain at the forefront of applying analytics and automation.
- 3 years of experience delivering analytics, automation, or AI solutions, with experience in internal audit, risk management, or similar environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and deliver analytics solutions end-to-end, with limited oversight.
- Proactive mindset focused on generating new solutions, improving existing approaches, and challenging current methods/practices.
- Experience with Copilot, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and programming languages such as Python.
- Exposure to professional software engineering practices such as version control, code reviews, and release management.
- Practical experience with AI or GenAI use cases for internal audit, risk management, or similar environments.
- Agile experience including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytics discipline.
- Additional education and IT certifications a plus.

- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
