Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Spa Sales Supervisor. The Spa Sales Supervisor assists the Spa Director by overseeing front desk operations from a sales perspective, driving revenue across spa services, retail, memberships, and fitness offerings. This role focuses on team training, guest engagement, and developing strategies to maximize sales performance and overall guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring active involvement in front desk operations, sales training, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum schedule: Thursday – Monday (5 days, full-time required)
Responsibilities:
- Leads front desk team in achieving sales goals through upselling services, upgrades, and retail
- Trains and coaches staff on sales techniques, guest engagement, and product knowledge
- Drives revenue across spa services, retail boutique, memberships, and fitness offerings
- Promotes second services, service enhancements, and package opportunities
- Oversees retail operations including merchandising, product knowledge, and guest interaction within the boutique
- Maintains awareness of retail inventory processes including receiving, ordering, and stock control
- Oversees membership sales, retention, and overall member satisfaction
- Develops strategies and outreach initiatives to increase membership enrollment and engagement
- Promotes fitness offerings including classes and personal training sessions
- Plans and executes events, activations, and promotions that support revenue growth across all departments
- Responds to group inquiries (RFPs) and manages initial communication and follow-up
- Collaborates with hotel sales team to identify and maximize group and event opportunities
- Represents the spa in internal meetings related to sales, events, and partnerships
- Identifies opportunities to increase conversion rates, average ticket value, and guest retention
- Supports front desk coverage as needed while maintaining a focus on sales performance
- Ensures all team members are knowledgeable in services, products, promotions, and systems
- Assists with reporting, tracking, and analysis of sales performance
- Coaches team members through performance feedback and reinforcement of sales expectations
- Assists in developing and maintaining operational procedures related to sales and guest experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or retail sales environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong sales and guest service skills
- Experience at front desk operations required
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold team accountable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with booking systems (Book4Time preferred)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability and comfort with sales and revenue-driven environment
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest interaction and communication required
