Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Full Time Membership Sales Associate.
The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for establishing, marketing and growing prospects and lead generation for new member sales all while maintaining a quality membership base for the facility.
This full time position is based out of the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center / JCC Milwaukee in Whitefish Bay, WI. This position compensation is full time hourly starting at $16-$18/hr and with a monthly commission and a monthly bonus plan up to an extra $700/mo. This position will have a Tuesday-Saturday with alternating shifts from 8-4 or 11-7pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Membership Recruitment & Conversion
- Conduct engaging and informative facility tours that highlight our unique value proposition and community impact.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, utilizing a consultative approach to match prospects with the right membership tier.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets to support organizational growth.
- Relationship Management & Onboarding
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new members, ensuring they are connected to programs, orientations, and staff.
- Execute proactive outreach to "at-risk" members to improve retention and address concerns before they lead to cancellations.
- Assist in the development and execution of the 30-60-90 day member journey to ensure long-term engagement.
- Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Accurately process membership applications, financial assistance requests, and billing updates in the CRM system.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional presence at the front desk or membership hub.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on local competitor trends and membership promotions.
- Manager on Duty Responsibilities
- Working Scheduled hours which could include but are not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
- Community Impact
- Educate prospects on our non-profit mission and how their membership dues support community scholarships and youth programming.
- Represent the organization at local community events, health fairs, and corporate partner meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional yet warm tone.
- Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for community health and an understanding of the non-profit model.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a resilient "can-do" attitude, and the ability to handle objections with empathy.
