What are the responsibilities and job description for the Channel Sales Representative position at Arcfield?
The Federal Sales Channel Manager is responsible for driving and delivering sales leads and converting them into new business sales through our resellers and integrators. (Civilian, DOD, IC, FSI)
The Arcfield Software Ventures (ASV) Federal Sales Channel Manager works as the primary resource for developing partners, growing relationships and is responsible for enabling our partners on what ASV has to offer and how to position our products within their offerings to the Federal government.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate strategic partnerships amongst our resellers and integrators
- Develop a solid working knowledge of PuriFile and understand the value it provides for potential customers
- Develop strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for both our reseller and integrator partners
- Consistently articulate PuriFile’s value proposition to channel partners and maintain and increase PuriFile’s share of each partner's Federal sales
- Maintain a detailed understanding of partners' business (growth initiative, strategic focus, investment areas, profitability factors, etc.)
- Prospect using lead generation lists; cold calling as needed and assign those leads to key resellers and integrators and track to close
- Be a resource to our key integrators and resellers in their efforts to identify and close new business.
- Provide detailed weekly reports on the progress on monthly goals
- BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- Experience facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for reseller and integrator channel partners.
- Knowledge of federal channel software ecosystems
- Knowledge of the US Federal market; Civilian, DOD & Intelligence Community
- Firm understanding of federal contracts, budgets, and buying processes
- Familiarity with salesforce and forecasting sales
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation with our resellers and integrators
