Arcetyp LLC is looking for an Onsite Experienced Paralegal to work onsite in Denver CO to support a US Federal Government the client. All work under this contract shall be performed at the Government site. This work is full time onsite at the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) at 1801 California St. Suite 1600 Denver, Colorado 80202.
Candidates with previous work as a Paralegal would be best suited for this position. The Paralegal provides comprehensive litigation and case management support to Assistant United States Attorneys within the Civil Division, enabling efficient handling of federal civil cases. The role encompasses reviewing and organizing large volumes of documents, conducting factual and legal research, drafting memoranda and case-related materials, and maintaining accurate tracking of court deadlines and filings. The Paralegal also supports trial preparation by developing exhibits, summaries, and visual aids, while coordinating with federal agencies to obtain and manage records in compliance with court requirements. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to manage complex information and contribute effectively to all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
Requirements of the position:

• Communicate professionally with witnesses, attorneys, and agencies
• Handle sensitive interactions
• Track and manage records accurately
Required experience:
• Working with legal staff (AUSAs, courts, law enforcement)
• Managing case-related documentation
• Customer service / direct interaction with external individuals (witnesses)
Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship and must be meet suitability screening for working in a federal law enforcement/legal environment (DOJ/USAO), must pass a background check.
