Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and submit planned orders on a weekly basis for Made to Order Hybrid and Made to Forecast parts.
  • Update the safety and transit time exception tables as required.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in the forecast load prior to the weekly MRP run.
  • Efficiently manage open capacity to facilitate the confirmation of MTO sales orders as close as possible to the customer's requested date.
  • Provide a weekly distribution of commercial inventory analysis, part positions, and aged inventory reports.
  • Take charge of managing, responding to, and tracking all inquiries received for our mill.
  • Handle future committed part forecasting while the parts are being built in our system.
  • Analyze pipelines and expedite material through the mill to meet billing targets.
  • Act as a liaison between operations, planning, and customer service to facilitate all mill expediting functions.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and customer service to address scope of work requirements and ensure user acceptance sign-off for all systemic changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain Management, or combination of education and related experience
  • Demonstrated experience of 2 years in customer service

Working Conditions:

  • Office Environment, Monday to Friday, with extended hours as required.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Calvert, Alabama, at least four days a week.
