Arcellx is also advancing its dosable and controllable CAR-T therapy, ARC-SparX, through two programs: a Phase 1 study of ACLX-001 for r/r MM, initiated in the second quarter of 2022; and ACLX-002 in relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, expected to enter the clinic in the second half of 2022.
We are seeking a talented and experienced marketer to join our team as the Associate Director or Director, HCP Marketing responsible for healthcare professional (HCP) marketing, leading all peer-to-peer activities and responsible for KOL engagement and congress strategy and execution. The selected individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of several key marketing programs critical to the successful launch of our lead candidate, CART-ddBCMA. This team member will be an integral part of the marketing team and will work closely with the Commercial team (Marketing, Market Access, etc.), Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to develop and execute HCP tactics. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is seeking an opportunity to lead important initiatives for the brand in a fast-paced environment where you're often called upon to wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sr. Director to align on overall brand strategy and execution, including critical initiatives such as but not limited to brand planning, messaging development, market research/testing, and creative evolution.
- Lead the peer-to-peer channel, including speaker bureau content development and speaker bureau faculty engagement.
- Work cross-functionally to create and execute a comprehensive KOL engagement plan.
- Develop advisory board plan annual plan and manage logistics and attendance.
- Engage with opinion leaders to develop advocacy and ensure creation of high impact, high value marketing tools and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to lead Arcellx presence and participation in key congresses such as ASCO and ASH.
- Initiate and drive marketing work projects/tactics/resources, including direction and day-to-day management of multiple agency partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial leadership to design U.S. field team structure and strategies.
- Translate market research findings into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics.
- Manage SOWs, POs, and contracts and marketing budget / monthly accruals to a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years pharma/biotech US marketing experience.
- Preferably cell therapy and hematology/oncology experience.
- MBA is preferred but not required.
