Responsibilities:
- Engage positively and enthusiastically with customers and co-workers
- Be knowledgeable about our specialty coffee and espresso
- Prepare and serve quality espresso and coffee drinks, teas, and food in accordance with our recipes, standards, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment/coffeehouse
- Be able to multi-task, in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
- Be a reliable, punctual, and flexible team player
- Passionate about providing a consistent, customer-first, outstanding coffee experience
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, be organized, and manage workflow independently
- Commitment to meeting Arcedium’s high standards of producing quality products and unrivaled customer service
- Flexibility in scheduling—weekend availability is required
