Our capabilities include metallurgy, mechanical testing, chemical testing, failure analysis, machining, and nondestructive testing. We cater our services to each client’s unique testing needs. Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Conduct basic and common testing techniques with proficiency, and within appropriate protocol for machine and customer specifications.
- Accurately determine test results, which can include pass/fail or material composition for research purposes.
- Utilize a variety of testing and analysis software.
- Prepare reports with test results by completing appropriate template.
- Perform failure testing on occasion as requested by customers.
- Perform ongoing general machine maintenance, and alert management of any machine repair needs that cannot be performed internally.
- Perform pre- and post-test measurements on specimens.
- Perform other duties as needed.
