Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from assignment through final report delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including insurance carriers, attorneys, and property owners
- Coordinate with expert investigators to ensure timely site inspections, analysis, and report completion
- Develop budget based on scope, expert needed, and geographic location of the inspection
- Provide proactive, timely status updates to all parties involved in the claim process
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in the job management system
- Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client expectations
- Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
- Support the delivery of professional, defensible expert reports that address technical questions clearly and effectively
- Other duties as assigned
