Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing services via email and phone per ATS guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop custom test protocols and provide direction and support to inside sales staff.
- Provide clear, professional communication throughout the inquiry and quoting process.
- Prepare quotations for all assigned services using established pricing guidelines, exercising appropriate autonomy.
- Clarify scope and turnaround time with customers and coordinate with lab operations.
- Actively manages sales pipeline (including but not limited to follow-ups and status updates on large active proposals)
- Participate in business development efforts such as client visits
- Develop relationships with key clients and effectively communicate ATS’ full capabilities
