Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Vice President of Operations to join our team on-site in Dickinson, TX. The Vice President of Operations will lead operational initiatives, oversee profit and loss management, and drive strategic planning to ensure optimal organizational growth. This role involves streamlining processes, leading customer service enhancements, managing project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators. The individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management, including overseeing multiple teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong skills in P&L Management, with a track record of maintaining financial health and supporting business growth.
• Experience in Customer Service management to ensure excellence in client satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning to define and implement organizational priorities and long-term goals.
• Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution of business initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in a senior operations role, preferably within a similar industry or operational environment.
