The Student Worker, Corporate Facilities is responsible for a variety of office procedures which varies by the department needs. This position offers some flexibility when working around the student's class schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and equipment against purchase orders or delivery documents.
- Store supplies in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
- Issue supplies and materials to authorized personnel based on requests or requisitions.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in storage and stockroom areas.
- Package, prepare, and ship outgoing materials when required.
- Provide basic administrative support related to supply operations (filing, data entry, reporting).
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing a college degree.
Experience:
- No prior experience necessary
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Travel Requirements:

Compensation:
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
