What you'll do
We're looking for a Data Integration Specialist to join the ArcBest Technologies team. The Data Integration Specialist successfully manages the intake of customer data integration projects across ArcBest and its subsidiaries. This position collaborates with IT teams within ArcBest Technologies to coordinate projects with internal and external customers to define business and technical requirements.
Your contribution may include:
* Manage and coordinate integration requests from internal and external customers.
* Identify opportunities for data integration (API, EDI, etc.) with new and existing customers.
* Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration (API, EDI, etc.) related issues.
* Develop data integration documentation and knowledge base.
* Provide technical expertise on data integration systems and processes.
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be a member of the ArcBest Technologies Data Integrations team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or other related field, preferred.
Experience: Minimum, one-year experience in technical role, and minimum one-year of experience in logistics and/or transportation industry, preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL (DB2).
