In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services. You will proactively install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, personal computers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment. Support from the IT Senior Field Technician may be provided as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our technology services. The right candidate will be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, helping to enhance the efficiency of our organization. - No routine nights or weekends for most positions. (Some clinical roles may have limited weekend coverage based on clinic needs.)

- Paid holidays, including one floating holiday and one birthday holiday to be used during the month of the employee’s birthday.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 200% of the employee's contribution of up to 4% after one year of employment
