- Minimum 7 years' experience in 340B program management, pharmacy operations, or healthcare compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Director of 340B Program Development to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational oversight of Arcare’s 340B Program, with a strong focus on contract pharmacy operations, third-party administrator (TPA) management, rebate program coordination, ESP designations, and manufacturer policy compliance.
The Director will lead strategic and operational initiatives to ensure compliance, maintain financial sustainability, and position Arcare at the forefront of the rapidly evolving 340B landscape.
- Provide oversight and leadership for all contract pharmacy operations across Arcare and affiliated entities.
- Direct complex 340B projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely execution and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of 340B rebate program operations, including rebate submission, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage 340B ESP submissions, designations, and data accuracy to ensure uninterrupted access to manufacturer pricing.
- Serve as internal expert on manufacturer engagement, ensuring proactive compliance and alignment with current policies.
- Track and evaluate industry changes, legislative updates, and emerging best practices impacting the 340B program
