In this role, you will play a vital part in our Behavioral Health team, managing clerical tasks to prepare patients for their visits and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing medical charts, gathering third-party payment information, recording charges, collecting fees, and performing additional assigned duties. - Work-life balance through a predictable schedule. Schedules are established early and rarely change, so employees enjoy a steady workweek rhythm.
- No routine nights or weekends for most positions. (Some clinical roles may have limited weekend coverage based on clinic needs.)
