Position OverviewThe Sales & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for generating business through proactive outreach, networking, corporate relationships, and community activation. This role combines business development, event sales, local marketing, and partnership outreach.
This is NOT a desk job — it’s a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven revenue role.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation-
Sell group dining, corporate lunches/dinners, private events, happy hours, and holiday packages

Conduct daily outreach to nearby businesses, offices, law firms, banks, real estate groups, and UM departments

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects

Convert outreach into bookings and recurring accounts

Promote ticketed events such as Noches de Raíces and special dinners

Represent Arcano at local networking events, mixers, and community gatherings

Build partnerships with chambers of commerce, local organizations, community groups, and business associations

Organize in-office tastings, samplings, and pop-up activations to promote the brand

Assist in coordinating private events and group bookings

Drive attendance and visibility for weekly experiences (e.g., Noches de Raíces, Wine Not Tuesday)

Support holiday sales strategies and seasonal promotions

Distribute marketing materials around Coral Gables

Capture simple photo/video content during outreach to support social channels (no experience required)

Collaborate with management on local campaigns and community messaging

Charismatic, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect

Strong knowledge of the Coral Gables or Miami market

Hospitality, events, or sales experience

Self-motivated and comfortable doing daily outreach

Organized, responsible, and goal-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Base Salary: $55,000 per year
Commission: 7% on all new business generated

On-Track Annual Earnings (OTE): $66,000–$85,000
