Arcana is a portfolio intelligence platform used by hedge funds and asset managers to analyze performance and risk. We’re rethinking the tools institutional investors rely on—and we’re hiring an exceptional Director of Talent Acquisition to help build the team driving that transformation.
You’ll own and scale recruiting globally, partnering closely with leadership to build exceptional teams across the company. While you’ll have responsibility for global recruiting, your primary focus in the initial phase will be hiring across our go-to-market, operations, and client-facing organizations—including Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, Analysts, Client Support, and other business-critical functions. As we continue to grow, you’ll help shape and scale Arcana’s broader global talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead Arcana’s global recruiting strategy across all functions and regions
- Lead hiring across our go-to-market, operations, and client-facing teams, with an initial focus on Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, Analysts, and Client Support
- Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to define hiring plans, role requirements, and talent priorities
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and employer branding
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing
- Design and improve recruiting processes that deliver an exceptional candidate experience while increasing hiring efficiency
- Develop interview frameworks, hiring scorecards, and best practices to improve hiring quality
Requirements
- 10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with experience hiring for go-to-market, operations, or client-facing roles at a high-growth startup or technology comp any
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent across Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, Operations, or similar business functions
- Experience partnering directly with executives on hiring strategy and organizational planning
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a history of successfully hiring passive candidates
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership
