Purpose: The Utility Associate supports multiple departments across the production floor, stepping in where needed to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency. This position is cross trained in a variety of operations and plays a key role in meeting production goals while upholding Arcamed’s quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize blueprints to manufacture components to specifications while maintaining strict quality standards.Flex between departments based on daily and weekly production priorities, may include: Set up and operate turret punch press machines to fabricate parts.Collaborate with the Fabrication department to support part creation and modification.Assist the Graphics department with tasks related to marking, etching, and labeling.Support the Assembly department by performing tasks such as part preparation and basic sub-assembly work.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Credentials and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Experience in Graphics Production, i.e. Laser Etch and Screen Printing preferred.
