We are seeking a Project Engineer PE to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment for our Boca Raton office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation, and coordination.

Role accountabilities:
- Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects
- Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients
- Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements
- Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
- Working with municipalities on necessary permits
- Client interface and coordination in both English and Spanish
- Project management of site development or redevelopment.
- Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD, and SFWMD.
- A Florida-licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in land and site development
- Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector - single site and municipal type projects and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc
- Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation ability not essential, but would be considered an asset
- Skilled and comfortable working in the English and Spanish languages
- The ability to work well with team members and to develop and mentor staff
- Good communication and experience in building strong client relationship skills
