- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (recent graduates and early-career professionals encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort interacting directly with clients, engineers, and senior stakeholders
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and ask thoughtful, clarifying questions
- Professional presence and maturity in client-facing situations
- Interest in media, video streaming platforms, OTT services, or digital content delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a Product Specialist, Product Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Exposure to product development, technology, or digital platforms
