MEP Senior Project Manager needed for a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Raleigh, NC area. Base salary will depend on experience. NO 3RD PARTIES
Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining productive, longterm relationships.
Oversee preconstruction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and full project execution.
Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Take full ownership of project performance, resolving schedule, budget, and design challenges proactively.
Review and allocate budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Negotiate and prepare subcontractor agreements that support project goals.
Monitor financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and monthly cost reporting.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and trade partners to resolve design conflicts.
Lead submittals, RFIs, and change order processes; identify and submit change orders as needed.
Approve supplier and subcontractor invoices and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field labor resources.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Candidates with experience in Bluebeam and Procore will be prioritized.
Direct responsibility for PE s and/or APMs, along with Mechanical Knowledge
