Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Sales Representative who will take full ownership of the sales process—from door knocking to final project completion. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting damage inspections, managing customer relationships, and guiding them through the material selection and roofing process. This is a commission-only position with above-average earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives on performance-based income and wants room to grow in the roofing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-Door Sales: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to identify potential customers in need of roofing services.
  • Initial Damage Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess storm damage or wear, providing accurate and helpful assessments.
  • Adjuster Meetings: Meet with insurance adjusters to review claims and negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Material Selection: Advise clients on the best roofing materials based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Project Management: Serve as the client’s point of contact throughout the project, from initial consultation to the completion of the build.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the roofing solution and service provided.
  • Sales Process: Follow through with all steps of the sales process, ensuring all necessary documentation, contracts, and communication are completed in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with the drive to earn above-average income.
  • Previous experience with insurance claims and adjuster meetings is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
  • Proof of a workers comp policy will be required before starting.
