Ready to get in on the ground floor at a rad new pizzeria?!
Arcadia Pizza Company is a new neighborhood pizzeria built around two styles we're obsessed with: crispy-edged, cheese-crowned Detroit-style square pizza and cracker-thin, square cut Chicago Tavern pies. We're opening our doors soon, and we're looking for the people who will open them with us.
This isn't a job at a place that has it all figured out, but we'll set you up for success in every way we can. You'll be part of our founding crew: the folks who help dial in the dough, set the tone for how we treat guests, and shape what this place becomes. If you love food, love people, and want to help build something from day one, we want to meet you!
No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything, from mixing dough to running the oven to making every guest feel like a regular. What we can't teach is attitude and work ethic, so bring the energy and we'll handle the rest.
What you'll do
As a founding team member, you'll learn and rotate across the whole operation:
- Make pizza. Learn our dough program (mixing, proofing, pan work and stretching), then build, bake and cut Detroit and Tavern pies to spec.
- Prep the line. Prepare sauces, toppings and ingredients so every shift starts ready to go.
- Take care of guests. Greet people, take orders, answer menu questions, and make every visit a great one.
- Keep it clean. Run dishes, keep stations tidy, and follow food safety standards. A clean kitchen is a great kitchen.
- Help build the place. Share feedback during training and soft opening, test new recipes, and help shape how we work.
Team members who show leadership will have a path to Shift Lead and other leadership roles as we grow.

Schedule
- Service hours: Mon–Thu 11 AM–8 PM · Fri–Sat 11 AM–10 PM · Sun 11 AM–7 PM (subject to change)
- Dough prep shifts: Mornings, hours to be announced (great for early risers)
- Closing shifts run past close for cleanup.
- Evenings, weekends and some holidays are part of the job. We know flexibility matters, so tell us your availability and we'll work with you.
Requirements
- Able to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around hot ovens in a fast-paced kitchen
- Able to obtain a Maricopa County food handler card (we'll help)
- Minimum age requirements apply for some roles, including serving alcohol
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
