Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This role involves physical labor and requires strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
- Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching
- Assist with seasonal clean-ups (spring/fall), lawn renovations, and plant installations
- Operate tools and equipment safely such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hedge cutters
- Load and unload materials, remove debris, and keep job sites clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and to our company standards
- Represent our brand professionally at each property
What We’re Looking For:
- Landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
- Experience with basic hand tools and landscape equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented team player
- Valid driver’s license and experience driving truck & trailer combos
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
