Now Hiring: Assistant Office Manager
Arcadia New England Home Care is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager or an individual with prior healthcare scheduling or management experience to support the the day-to-day operations of its home healthcare operations in Bangor, Maine. Room for future growth into the manager role.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling
Quality assurance and compliance
Managing field staff
Communicating with clients and case managers
Travel for case opens and staff supervisory visits

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in an office (not remote)

Requirements
Minimum 3 years home healthcare industry (or related medical field) experience in an administrative or operations capacity

Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
