What You Will Do
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews and daily operations
- Manage residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts
- Schedule crews, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Conduct property inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs and concerns
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscape maintenance procedures and safety practices
- Monitor irrigation systems, plant health, turf care, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
- Assist with estimating, proposals, and recommending additional services when needed
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely
- Clean, valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks related to landscape operations when necessary
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management (residential and commercial)
- Strong knowledge of all phases of landscape maintenance
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
- Estimating experience is helpful
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year depending on supervisory experience
- Take-Home Vehicle provided
