Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Following a care plan for the client and reporting on completed task
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care etc.
- Provide light housekeeping, bed changes, and laundry
- Provide meal prep and planning
- Assist clients with medication reminders
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping or other errands
- Companionship
- Observing and reporting any changes in client’s condition

Caregiver Qualifications:
- One year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required)
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
- Good communication skills
- Must be reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Comfortable using a cell phone
- Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) will be required at the time of application.
