Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN license through the State of Ohio without disciplinary actions
- Must be able to pass fingerprint & background check
- Reliable transportation (a personal vehicle, a driver's license and car insurance)
- Assessing care plan compliance
- Evaluating patient needs
- Infection control and safety checks
- Reporting changes
