Overview
As the Director of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue generation strategies for the company. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and market share by effectively positioning our company in the market, identifying target customers, creating compelling value propositions, and generating a healthy pipeline. This is a “lead from the front” culture and this role will require you to roll up your sleeves. General Responsibilities :
Serve as an ambassador for the organization, advancing the company’s position within the industry through best-in-class virtual selling and customer support environments, brand strategy, digital marketing, marketing communications, and social media.
Creating and implementing a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with overall business goals, ensuring effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall brand positioning.
Be a strategic leader, uncovering insights to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects, customers, and the internal team.
Manage budgets and coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Create and manage go-to-market plans and timelines and execute key GTM initiatives.
Continuously refine and optimize go-to-market strategies based on data and feedback.
Sales Responsibilities :
Forecast revenue based on a dynamic pipeline across multiple service lines.
Track key revenue metrics like sales conversion rates, deal size, and customer acquisition costs to identify areas for improvement.
Analyzing market dynamics and feedback to determine optimal pricing strategies.
Develop lead generation strategies through marketing campaigns, content marketing, and outreach programs, including developing a reverse inquiry and thought leadership capability.
Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel with support from the organization.
Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Marketing Responsibilities :
Develop the marketing function at the company, including marketing, PR, and social media.
Develop compelling brand messaging and content to engage customers based on the company vision and unique selling proposition.
Ensure marketing initiatives effectively generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.
Analyzing, installing, and managing marketing automation software as required.
Developing thought leadership and reverse inquiry materials and lead generation systems.
Exploring new market opportunities and developing strategies to expand revenue streams.
Customer Success Responsibilities :
Fostering strong customer relationships to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Building customer health dashboards to monitor customer engagements and lifecycle.
Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and marketing effectiveness.
Foster strong customer relationships through post-sale engagement and retention strategies, including strategic cross- and up-selling of additional company services.
Required Qualifications :
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to develop and execute long-term revenue strategies
Utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decisions
Effectively communicating revenue strategies and goals to cross-functional teams
Understanding of financial metrics and their impact on revenue generation
Experience Negotiating favorable deals with customers and partners
