Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled rehabilitation or hospital setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement care programs

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily nursing operations, including charge nurses and CNAs
• Ensure quality care for skilled rehab patients
• Serve as a liaison with physicians, labs, radiology, and other clinicians
