- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled rehabilitation or hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement care programs
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local nursing standards and regulations
- Supervise daily nursing operations, including charge nurses and CNAs
- Ensure quality care for skilled rehab patients
