Job Summary: The Regional Maintenance Assistant will work under the guidance of the Regional Director of Plant Operations to oversee the maintenance departments in accordance with all regulatory compliance guidelines, for all facilities within the assigned region. This includes but is not limited to Plant maintenance, groundskeeping, safety & security, and more.

- Oversee the maintenance of the interior and exterior of all buildings and grounds in all seasons.
- Monitors the maintenance department at each facility to ensure proper work practices are adhered to.
- Ensures that the maintenance staff is adequately trained in the areas of telephone, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, environmental
- controls, security systems, etc.
