Essential Duties:
- Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, kitchen, facility etc., is prepared or kept in accordance with sanitary regulations.
- Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
- Assist in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
