This role partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee 24-hour nursing operations and assumes responsibility for clinical operations in the Director’s absence. The ADON supports and carries out the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents, ensuring compliance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily and weekly management meetings to address resident status, census changes, and staff concerns.
- Resident Care Coordination: Develop and implement care plans that comply with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies.
- Admissions Participation: Assist in admissions decisions and conduct pre-admission visits when necessary.
- Policy Communication: Interpret and communicate nursing policies and procedures to staff; monitor compliance and implementation.
- Leadership & Supervision: Direct nursing staff to maintain quality standards of care under Federal, State, and Company guidelines.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
