Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Essential Duties:
Residents assessments
Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes
Supervision of CNAs
Compliance with IDPH/CMS
