- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Supervise and train a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures and regulations
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce expenses
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
What We’re Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (Experience may substitute)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of safety and security regulations and procedures
